Fun Weekend

The Beaman family had a fun weekend.  Friday I went to Gymboree to spend some gift cards and Gymbucks.  That was way too much fun!  Believe it or not, Addison actually needed a few things.  She is outgrowing a lot of her 3-6 month clothes.  She has tons of 12 month clothes, but didn't have much in the 6-12 month range.  We found her lots of cute things :)  Saturday we went to Michelle's house for dinner and fun.  This picture is funny because it doesn't look like Addison...
Kessler cooked some yummy ribs and boiled potatoes. Delicious!
Sunday we started out with lots of play time..

Addison was soooooooooooo sweet all day Sunday!  Me and her daddy just couldn't get enough of her.
She played so hard.  She really seemed so much older for some reason.

She kept looking out the window on the way to church.  That was the first time I've noticed her doing that.  She kept trying to sit up so she could get a better look out the window.  Then we went out to eat and she kept looking out the window at the cars going by while we were eating.  It's like all of a sudden she is aware that there is a world out there.  I guess that's why she seemed older this weekend.

Addison and Daddy all ready for church...

After church, Adam cooked a yummy deer stew and I whipped up some mashed potatoes. We also cut up some cucumbers and soaked them in ranch. We took everything to Amy and Chris' house and ate supper with them and the new baby! We also put together a basket of goodies for them with some fruit salad, a pie, and several other easy to grab and eat things. I was so happy to finally hold little Hayden. I didn't hold him long because it was also his supper time, which I cannot help him with. Maybe next time I'll get my hands on him longer!

How stinkin' cute is he?!

Before going back home, we stopped by Adam's dad's house because I think he was missing little Addison.  Since it was way past her bedtime and she was fast asleep, he was just going to stick his head in the car to take a peek at her.  Surprisingly when he opened the car door she opened her sleepy eyes to see him.  He stood there for the longest time rubbing her head and talking to her.  It was SO SWEET!  She just kept looking at him and playing with his beard.  I think she loves her grandaddy!  ......And I love weekends spent with family!
