11 Months Old!

Image
Well, one more month and our little butter bean will be one year old...CRAZY!  What fun we have had over the past 11 months watching our baby girl grow! Addison still wears mostly 12 month and some 12-18 month clothes.  She still wears a size 3 diaper, but is finally outgrowing her size 2 shoes.  She is down to one nap in the middle of the day, and because of this, she has been going to bed a little earlier.  She still gets up at 7:30 almost every morning and has been ever since I can remember.  She has 3 sippy cups of formula each day, but we no longer warm them at all.  The last time I took her to the Dr, when she was 10.5 months old, she was 19 lbs.  She still loves the pool and playing in the sand, although the last couple of times we've put her in the sand she has tried to eat it.  She has 4 teeth and 2 more not far from breaking through: She is definitely into the climbing stage and will try to climb anything!  She loves any kind of ride-on toy, whether it be riding on it

Father's Day Gift

I almost forgot to share with you the gift that I gave Adam for Father's Day.  Back in March, for Adam's birthday I bought him a grill.  Well, I wrote on my blog that day ( Adam's birthday ) that maybe for Father's Day I would put it together.  That was supposed to be a joke.  Well, before Father's Day, this is what the grill looked like: You can't tell from this picture, but there were about 8,000 parts there!  I was determined to get that dog-on thing together-finally.  Nearly five hours later, it looked like this: My advice: Unless time is something you have a lot of, pay the 50 bucks to have it assembled!!!  Sorry, Adam, for taking 3 1/2 months to get your birthday present together....and then making it your Father's Day Gift as well.  I'll have to make up for it with lots of yummy grilled meals :)

Father's Day Weekend

Image
I know, I'm a little behind.  I can't imagine what has been keeping me so busy.... Ha! Father's Day weekend was a busy, but fun one for the Beaman family.  Saturday morning, Addison and I joined the Play Group for a couple of hours at the park.  It was so much fun!  This is the little hostess for the month, precious little Payton...                        Addison and Abby had fun taking everything out of Addison's diaper bag... Jackson feeding the little ones Puffs: Pretty little Anna Kate: Addison with her rosy cheeks: She looked like she was going to fall asleep on the swing: Then, Saturday evening, we went to church and I GOT BAPTIZED!  Praise God!  I wish I had pictures to share!  It was so awesome!  Adam and I also officially joined our church.  I am ashamed that we took so long to get around to actually joining.  After all, we've been attending Covenant for about 5 years now and have really felt at home there!  We are so thankful to have found a church
