9 Months Old

On April 26, little miss Addison turned 9 months old!  These months just seem to be flying by faster and faster!  I haven't weighed Addison in a while so I really have no idea what she weighs.  All I know is, she is as solid as a rock!  Little Luke is almost 5 months older than her and looks bigger than her, but feels like a feather after holding her.  My daddy told me last night when he was holding her that I must have put bricks in her diaper because she was so heavy.  Ha!  She has a Dr appointment soon, so we will find out what she weighs then.  She doesn't look really big though.  She wears 9-12 month clothes and just started wearing size 4 diapers.

She has been down to 3 bottles a day and 3 meals a day for about a month now.  (LOVE!)  We are just starting to really do some research on what foods we will be able to give her with her milk and egg allergies.  It should be interesting, but we can handle it :)  Addison is getting a little braver pulling up on things and standing.  She doesn't really stand alone yet, though.  And although she can crawl, she usually does that army crawl instead.  It is hilarious!  You would not believe how fast she can go!  I just have to get it on video! She still flips over when you try to change her diaper (do NOT love!)
She loves to put anything over her face and just waits for you to say, "Where's Addison?"  Then she pulls it off real fast and just grins!  She has really enjoyed playing in the sand and water at the river.

I can hardly wait to get her in the pool!  She has zero interest in TV these days.  She fights her sleep majorly, but is still a good sleeper once she finally gives in.  She naps great if we are at home, but not always so great if we are elsewhere.

She is so ticklish!  She has started trying to feed Griffon her food sometimes.  An empty water bottle is her favorite toy.  She loves to look at her reflection in the mirror...

And, as always, she is sooooooooooooo sweet!!!!!!!!!!!
We love you, Addison Leigh!
